Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy Development: Creating and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving established business goals and increasing market share in Spain
- Sales Generation (Hands-on Selling): Active participation in sales, especially working with Key Accounts and closing large or strategically important deals
- Relationship Building and Maintenance: Developing strong, long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in Spain
- Sales Funnel Management: Overseeing the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals, using the CRM system
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Continuous monitoring of the Spanish market, identifying new opportunities, analyzing pricing policy, and competitor strategies
- Setting Sales Targets: Defining realistic yet ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets for the Spanish market and, if necessary, for the local team
- Serving as the main administrative and legal representative of the company in Spain (in relations with clients, partners, and government agencies)
- Communication with the Head Office: Regularly providing administrative reports to the head office regarding the status of active projects
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Country Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar managerial role, ideally in the Spanish market.
- Familiarity with technical products and key players in Spain’s business landscape.
- Fluent in Spanish and Ukrainian or Russian (for internal communication). English would be an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Degree in business, marketing, management, marketing, or a technical field preferred.
- Professional appearance and readiness for client-facing work.

- Base salary + performance-based bonuses (negotiable).

- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
